9 Composite Layering Techniques
Nobody taught you about them of courseĀ ![]()
Choosing the incremental layering technique is an influential factor in modifying shrinkage stresses, so we decided to explain to you the 9 techniques that most likely no one taught you in college.
Shrinkage Stresses are controlled by 3 main factors:
* Smaller layers should be used
* The C.Factor is lesser..and of course the fewer the number of Walls..the less the C.factor
“N.B: C.factor=Bonded walls / Unboded walls”
* And the last point is
“minimal contact of the opposing cavity wall during curing”
I mean, the layer that you make a cure does not touch more than one wall or 2 in maximum.
Accordingly; They kept developing in the Techniques until we had 9 Techniques .. We will tell them one by one in detail in our lecture In addition, we will explain Shading Concepts in a detailed manner.
