For rettt cases there are 2 phases of the treatment

* 1st phase :

removal of the root canal filling material completely which was done using Alpha rettt files.

* 2nd phase ; checking the patency for all canals cleaning & shaping and disinfection of the root canal system using a proper irrigation protocol
