1. Introduction

Welcome to Dentopia (“Platform”), operated by Dentopia, headquartered in Cairo, Egypt (“Company”, “we”, “us”). These Terms govern your use of our website (dentopia.app), mobile applications, and services (“Services”). By accessing Dentopia, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all incorporated policies.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
2.2 You warrant all registration information is accurate and complete.
2.3 We may refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

3.1 You must create an account to access certain features.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account.
3.3 Notify us immediately of unauthorized use at security@dentopia.app.

4. Services Description

Dentopia provides:

• Online dental education courses

• Mentorship programs

• Career support services

• Certification preparation

5. Payment Terms

5.1 All fees are displayed at checkout and subject to change.
5.2 We use third-party payment processors .
5.3 You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Strict No Refund Policy

6.1 All sales are final. No refunds will be granted under any circumstances including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or personal circumstances

• Dissatisfaction with content

• Technical issues

• Failure to complete courses

• Account suspension/termination

6.2 For subscriptions:

• You may cancel auto-renewal at any time

• Cancellation stops future charges but does not qualify for refunds

• Access continues until current billing period ends

6.3 Chargeback Policy:

• Disputing charges will result in immediate account suspension

• We reserve right to pursue collection of disputed amounts plus fees

6.4 No Exceptions unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content is owned by Dentopia or its licensors.
7.2 You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
7.3 Unauthorized sharing or commercial use is prohibited.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws

• Share false information

• Redistribute course materials

• Hack or disrupt Services

• Harass others

9. Termination

We may terminate accounts for violations without refund.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 Services provided “as is” without warranties.
10.2 We don’t guarantee specific educational outcomes.
10.3 Maximum liability limited to fees paid in last 6 months.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governed by Egyptian law.
11.2 Disputes resolved in Cairo courts.

12. General

12.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
12.2 Our failure to enforce any right doesn’t waive that right.
12.3 If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
